    Yes, I said kettlebells and battling ropes! This is a great combination of strength, endurance, flexibility, and fat burning!

    As a kettlebell teacher I am biased when it comes to kettlebells.  Once I tried the battling ropes system created by John Brookfield I was hooked! A lot of clients hate the circuit with kettlebells and ropes but love the results! There are various sizes ranging from 25' to 100'.  It helps elite athletes to the deconditioned person because you control the system it does not control you!

    What is a fitness lifestyle? A simple yet overlooked question. Many of us are extremely fit or extremely deconditioned. I believe the optimal fitness levels lie within each one of us.

    Yes, I know the title seems like a place for kids.  Well, it is far from that!  I participated in a Level I Certified Natural Trainer course in Washington, DC hosted by Capitol Hill Cross Fit two weekends ago.  It was certainly enlightening.  I thought I could learn a few things and share with my clients about bodyweight exercises.  I got more than that!
