Intro

Yes, I said kettlebells and battling ropes! This is a great combination of strength, endurance, flexibility, and fat burning!

As a kettlebell teacher I am biased when it comes to kettlebells.  Once I tried the battling ropes system created by John Brookfield I was hooked! A lot of clients hate the circuit with kettlebells and ropes but love the results! There are various sizes ranging from 25' to 100'.  It helps elite athletes to the deconditioned person because you control the system it does not control you! 

The various exercises that can be done with the ropes gives you a great workout in a small amount of time.  All you need is a partner, a pole, or kettlebell for support and you are ready to battle!
